Why counselling is so wonderful
Counselling can provide the tools to deal with anxiety and social phobia, to develop self-care to feel less stressed and more in control. It can help with depression and support you to feel confident and in control of your emotions.
My Approach to Counselling
One size does not fit all, and counselling does not equal counselling. I am here to help you, and that means that the way I work with you, is as unique as you are. As a person-centred counsellor, I believe that you are the expert on you, and I want to support you in the way that feels right to you.
Do you ever wish that you could flick the switch on your anxiety?
Do you ever wish that you feel more calm and relaxed instead of worried and anxious?
A Session With Me
While counselling sessions are as unique and individual as you, your therapist, and the relationship you have, there is a common thread that weaves through.
Caring for the Carer
Being a carer for a loved one can be lonely, overwhelming, confusing, and exhausting.
